Excellent product for the money…I was hesitant not to buy it because I am Waterpik brand user so I was very doubtful. But it turns out to work the same and accommodates my Waterpik attachments. Works as good as my Waterpik at 1/2 the price!!! I m buying my wife the white one. I have the black unit but the water reservoir is blue would prefer it be clear but it s changed nothing.

I ve detailed my struggles with Sjogren s Syndrome and its effects on my teeth and gums in lots of reviews at this point. I bought this water flosser because my gums are too fragile for real floss. I ve considered something like this for years but always the name brands that were twice as much money. Which I don t have.So I figured I would try this. I had concerns but if it didn t work out I figured the cash outlay wasn t enough to kill me and if it does work I may get to keep my teeth.1. It doesn t leak. It does make a mess if you don t stay leaned over the sink and if you don t keep on hand on the off button.2. It works so much better than floss. I have some crowded teeth that trap food bits like little vises. This blasts right through them and my mouth feels good afterwards.3. It comes with lots of tips. Enough for my whole family.4. It goes from very gentle to quite powerful.5. Don t use cold water if you have sensitive teeth! I believe I actually felt my soul leave my body for a second.6. My educated guess is that the name brands are even better than this but for my budget – and my issue – this is wonderful.I bought this and paid full price for it. I would do it again in a heartbeat.

Works well. I m quite addicted! I use it –if I can– after every meal to free my mouth from junk between teeth and in crevices at the gum line. But the device is awkward and bulky to carry on a trip. Operation is reasonably quiet. However there s no real adjustment of jet pressure. Sliding scale on the jet handle doesn t do much; I run it permanently on its max position.Comes with a wide variety of interchangeable nozzles but I have found no need for any of the fancy extra designs. About a third of the volume of the detachable water tank is used to store extra jets. This seems to me a waste: the space could be better used for more water storage. This purchase was a replacement for a previous one which failed because a connection from rigid to flexible portions of the hose cracked and separated inside the base. It was very difficult to get access and essentially impossible to repair. (Manufacturer clearly doesn t want you to repair or adjust.)Just buying another wasn t expensive but it seemed a pity to have to throw away the whole thing for what should have been a minor repair.

I admit im not a good traditional flosser but this machine is great this thing will make your gums bleed if not careful. I use the high pressure tip at about 3/4 power and it works very well. Very happy with it.

I got this flossing after our denstists recommendation for a water pick. 600 ml capacity is a great amount of water to go all around the mouth with out having to refill a tank. As per manual it s recommended to start the usage at the lower setting till you get the hang of it. And thats what I did. After 3-4 times I was able to upgrade it to the most powerful setting. Which is kinda painful if you get it to the wrong part of the mouth.Yes I would buy it I gain. If I need it too.

UPDATE: The company honored the warranty and sent me a new machine. I m happy and grateful!I also visited the dentist recently and he told me that all of my partner s pocket depth had decreased by 1-2 numbers and I no longer had any pockets deeper than 3. The only change we made was using the water flosser mid-day. Again I m very happy with the addition of this machine to my life.Original Review:This is the first water flosser I have ever used. It seemed like a good machine for the first 5 months. I experimented a couple times by flossing first then following up with this water flosser; both times I saw bits of food being rinsed out that regular floss missed. I kept it on the lowest setting because any higher caused damage to my tongue and/or cheeks via the splatter. At 5 months of daily use I heard a loud pop sound and the water stopped coming out while the motor continued to run. I emailed the company about the issue and have not heard anything back. Time to upgrade to a more expensive brand that will honor their warranty.

My son had bought this dental flosser and really liked it. His dentist told him he was doing a great job keeping his teeth clean and his gums healthy. I didn t order one at the time because I was doing fine with a spin brush. Since then the Covid epidemic caused me to miss a dental cleaning and now my gums aren t in the best of shape so I bought one. I love it. After one use my gums feel like they ve had a professional cleaning. I have no doubt my dentist is going to be pleased with my progress. I would highly recommend buying this dental flosser. It could save you a lot of time and money at the dentist.

Though it s rather noisy I am already able to overlook the noise because it s just so nice to use. I love that it has a storage compartment and a pause button. Easy to clean and maintain so far and I also appreciate that it has several attachments and my attachments from previous water picks also fit this one! It s also more compact than I thought it d be which is actually an additional plus for me since countertop storage space is limited.

  9. Lily Hughes-Robinson

I use it for flossing as it was recommended by my dentist. It is very easy to use. It comes with a storage case to store the tips but I use a plastic cup for that purpose. It is hard for me to tell if it is actually flossing my teeth better than string floss. It is easy to floss with as I can feel the tip move between each tooth. My only complaint with this unit is that I have noticed water leaking when using it. It doesn t happen if the tip is spraying water directly in the sink. This is also my first time using this type of device so the water leaks could be normal during use.

  10. Apollyon156

I am pleased with the performance so far. Only note is that there are so many attachments that I had to take the tooth brush attachment out to make it all fit. I don t use it anyway.

I have AWFUL teeth a mixture of genetics and a medical problem that causes me to throw up quite a bit. I had seen a friend use this as a kid and wish I d asked for it then. 20 years later I mention it to my dentist who RAVES about water picks and tells me I d really benefit with my issues and mildly crooked teeth. No idea why she didn t bring it up sooner. Anyway. I went with the cheaper brand because it had more attachments and my husband has dentures so I figure he could use it as well. If I like it I can always get a nicer model.I LOVE IT.I used it after brushing and flossing the first time so I could see if there was an actual difference. OH there was. This is gross but I could TASTE the nasty stuff washing out from the areas I couldn t reach! I was so thrilled! I use it every day and I ve got my whole family in on it. My kid s probably going to have the same issues so I plan to buy her her own for her bathroom when she can be trusted not to use it as a water gun (so maybe by 18 knowing my kid).

I just recently had a dental cleaning. Once again I had to explain to my hygienist that I can t stand using floss because I have sensory issues. She looked at me and said you have no need to ever use floss again if you get a water pack. She specifically said she did not enforce any brand however she did say that it must be electrical. So it Hass to plug-in because the ones that are battery operated are simply not strong enough! The first time I used this there is definitely a learning curve. Water squirted all over my bathroom mirror! You learn to turn it on once it is already in your mouth and positioned in between your teeth then you very slowly move it from tooth tattoos concentrating on the spaces between your teeth. The dial allows the water to come out slower or faster depending on the pressure you want on your gums. I always use the highest pressure and you will be surprised at what comes out from between your teeth! I have no sensory issues with this in fact it feels fantastic and very satisfying. I fill the tank with hot tapwater and it s one of the most small like experiences my mouth has ever had.

After just three months use the handle holder broke off. It looked like it might be able to pop back in except the clips that hold it in also broke off. This happened while barely/lightly replacing the wand.UPDATE: Even though I fixed it with Super Glue Cici in the customer service department promptly sent me a replacement. I had originally given this 3 stars but with their 5 star customer service (something you rarely see now-a-days) has made me 4-1/2 star happy.2020 UPDATE: The replacement unit they sent me is awesome! It has been in use EVERY DAY for almost four (4) years now. I have just updated this from 4 to 5 stars! Best one ever!

  14. Brock

I like the ability to dial the water force while in use. Doesn t leak comes with a nice complement of instruments and doesn t take up a lot of room on the counter and looks nice. The the plastic insert on the peridontal pic is too soft to be useful but the other pics work fine. This unit is light enough to travel with but I would have concerns about dripping water left in the tubing .

  15. Jamz-

I bought this 8 months ago worked great untill handle became worn and wouldnt keep tip in. I have owned 3 name brand flossers and non lasted 8 months so i thought i was pretty lucky this time. So i emailed a small note to the company about my problem and to my surprise got a response right away. Asked for my address and said new part would be sent out soon. I was very pleased and surprised. I have tried to deal with name brand flossers and got nothing but hassle. A few days later i received a New h2ofloss unit so needless to say i am very happy with this purchase and company.

I m a pretty good flosser – 3 to 4 times per week (kudos to all of you who actually do it every day ) but I ll be honest I don t love doing it. I like the feeling of clean teeth and fresh breath but trying to get floss between my tight teeth isn t my favorite thing to do. So when Renfro sent me this flosser to try I was excited to give it a whirl. We have one of their scales that we love and I ve been impressed with their customer service. I am not in the business of trading promotional products in exchange for positive reviews and simply won t do it so I m thrilled to be able to honestly report that this water flosser is the bomb! I really love how powerful the spray is and how it can really get in there between my aforementioned tight teeth! It also feels wonderful massaging my gums (on a lower power setting) and while I haven t used the periodontal tools yet as I haven t seen the need it s nice to have them there as an option. Would recommend!

Great buy! Oral hygiene is important to me. After looking around on the market for oral irrigators I purchased this one. I have no regrets. I love the adjustable output and how strong the water pressure is. I also love how it gets into the crevices where food particles hide and blast them away. This unit leaves my mouth feeling really clean and fresh.Highly recommended and would by again.

  18. Qliner

For the price this water flosser rocks! I love all the different adapters and the pressure is fantastic. Other reviews complained about the pressure adjuster on the handle but it is not I repeat not a problem unless you are a complete spaz. It is good quality easy to use tank does not leak and very convenient the way it stores all the pieces. The tips pop on securely and there s a button for easy release. I never thought I d be interested in the tongue scraping tool but actually now I use it every night. For those of you new to water flossing if you ve never done it before you will be amazed at the debris that comes out even after brushing and regular flossing. Also I like that it doesn t have a huge foot print it s it s pretty flat against the wall and doesn t take up alot of space on my small sink area. Again for the price I think it s an awesome tool. I have not used a waterpik but I can t see how it could be much better. I am very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend. In fact I may buy it for all 3 of my 20 something kids for ChristmasMinor update: I think with any water floss system if you put the tank back with leftover water on the bottom eventually a biofilm will form which is difficult to rinse out. I have put my tank through the dishwasher which works great and now I lift the lid and when I m done flossing I flip the tank over on top of the lid so it dries and this stops a biofilm from forming.

I previously had a WaterPik brank water flosser that the valve failed on (avoid my mistake – don t clean these with vinegar). I went with this less expensive replacement and am quite happy with it. Unfortunately the on/off switch is a pressure switch on the main unit and when I push it with one hand the reservoir starts to tip over. I preferred the name brand dial-style on/off switch. I also preferred the power dial to be on the main unit instead of on the handle as it is with this H2OFloss unit but it s not a big deal to me either way.Overall the tradeoffs are well worth the cost savings. This one works well cleans my mouth well and takes up less space on the counter.

  20. Adam Eaton

Awesome waterpik set has everything needed to do thorough cleaning of teeth including dental implants criwns etc. Wirks great.

  21. Kenny Shelton

It is as loud as water running out of the faucet which is not loud. It has to be turned on and shut off with the power intensity knob it clicks on and off. The handle power on/off does not turn on or off the unit. The knob power levels are faint to see and so is the indicator line. I have to turn the knob each time to the desired water flow based upon feel. It is well made and of good quality. There is a timer I think for 3 mins. which stops the unit but does not shut it off. The write up did not mention a timer which is why I bought it. I have to irrigate my teeth for more than 3 mins. I have receding gums and it takes about 10 mins for me to clean my teeth properly. I have to stop the unit to fill it up with water anyway. I like the product and will enjoy using it.

I bought my first one last December. I was unhappy with the quality of the product I received and I complained. The company sent me another H2O Flosser free of charge not asking for the first one back. Not only do they excel in customer service and responsiveness but this one is much higher quality. I recommend it!

  24. Ryan Martinez

I have wanted a water pik for some time and I decided to buy this one since it was not expensive and not too cheap. I am glad I did because this machine is worth every penny. It comes with several different tips and even a tongue cleaner! After I filled it with water I turned it on and started using the periodontal tip and I sprayed water everywhere. Make sure your head is tilted down and mouth somewhat closed. Then I tried the ordinary high pressure tip and wow it was amazing. It is strong pressure and my mouth felt clean!! Very impressed with this machine.

  25. Kelly

He started to use it reluctantly because I bought it and now I hear it running after every meal….It is quieter than my Waterpik….It comes w/ all the end tips that you would need….A good deal for the money

  26. Patrick frank

I just said I ll give it a try what can I loose it works great good price also I used one before but did not have a handle with the hose easy to use what I like is that it gives me the ability to reach every place around my teeth It has been only a couple of week but so far no complaints.

  27. Brock

I bought this for my 9 year old who has an expander & braces. She had no way to get things out of her teeth; we tried tooth pics flosser pics & nothing worked until this. We decided to get a water flosser with the large water well attached via tube instead of the hand held ones with water well underneath. Glad we did this not only is the pic smaller & easier to use it also holds more water… and my daughter goes through a lot of water! She uses it no problem with zero assistance from me- win! This is too big to take on trips- it would not travel well.

  28. Alan

I really didn t care for this device compared to my previous waterpick. It doesn t have an on off button and only an intensity increase/decrease knob. So you can t stop it mid cycle without having to dial it on again and getting it to the comfortable intensity takes some adjusting back and forth. But.. the eternal optimist part of me fixed it! I made marks with a paint marker for the two settings (intensities) I most often use now I can go straight to them with no adjustments! And it has a two minute auto shutoff… which freaked me out the first time it happened!!! What s important however is it gets the job done! It s easy to use and so far a good value for the money. I jut hope it doesn t STOP after a few months as reported by other users.

Love it!!! was not a huge fan of flossing every time I brush this makes it fun and super quick flossing cannot beat it and I believe it s better than flossing!! Very clean mouth very happy!! Definitely if you get this make sure to have a good electric toothbrush as well they compliment each other well!!

  31. BRETT

I got this product on May 5 and it would only operate on the high setting. Now it doesn t operate at all. Kind of frustrated. I m just outside my return window and hopefully I will be able to return it.

My dentist recommended I buy a water pick because my teeth are very tight. I did a lot of research and finally chose this one. It came with 12 different tips so it s great for my wife to use as well without cross contaminating. The power setting on the handle is very useful. The first time I used it at full power it made my gums bleed. So I just dialed it back a little and worked back up to full power over the course of a couple weeks. To assess its effectiveness I tried flossing with tradiontal floss beforehand. I then used the water pick and the amount of junk that came out of my teeth was astonishing. My dentist said the water pick would save me a lot of money in the future. Great buy.

I love this dental irrigator that my 10 yr old son enjoy using it. He has space retainer that is hard for him to keep it clean. He just use this water flosser after he eats and so food doesn t stay in hard-to-reach areas. I think it is worth buying.

Works just as well as my water pick. Less money. I switched out the part that goes in your mouth as the water pick ones have a better angle. Works perfectly.

  37. CatfreshWilly

Worth every penny! I can t say enough about this irrigator. Works well comes with plenty of attachments and the suction cups on the bottom are a wonderful addition.

Had for a month now use at least once a day. Functions as it should. I am already a militant flosser and brush guy these days. I realized needed this when my gums were irritated by some stuck particles that the floss wasn t getting out properly. Took me a few times to get hang of spraying with my mouth close to sink. Hope it lasts; was a great deal

  41. Akiel Rhoden

I have used the product a few times now and I love it! It wasn t as clunky as my previous waterpik by a different manufacturer so I m able to keep it on the shelf in the bathroom. I wasn t expecting it to have suctions on the bottom of the unit I really appreciated that. This was a good buy for me.

  42. Doug Frye

I use a water flossing device every day as I have dental work that traps food. I also have a bonafide water pik so I will compare the two:The H2O Is more reasonably priced. The H2O is quieter. The H20 comes with attachments which I don t use and is bigger and bulkier. The Water Pik is more powerful. The H20 has adequate power but Water Pik more powerful. The Water Pik is easier to travel with (less bulky). Both are good products and work well for me.TIP: Use your water floss device to clean your (NON ELECTRIC) razors after each shave and your blades will last ten times as long and you will get much better shaves.

I have used waterpik for years but decided to give this a try due to the price difference…so far so good…actually easy to use…Wait to see how long it lasts…water pik lasts for years

  45. RSars

I am very pleasantly surprised with this product! I have bought several waterpik flossers in the past and they are usually about $60. This flosser works just as well and I really like that the water doesn t leak from the canister after you fill it!! Also the cord is a good length which makes it easier to use & it comes with several tips that can be interchanged between. Love this product!!

  46. RSars

This product works great and is easy to set up. It leaves my teeth feeling like they just got cleaned at the dentist. The only thing that sucks it the different tips dont all fit in the holder

  47. Steven SerraGreat

Incredible deal. Paid about half of what I would have paid at a store and it was brought right to my front door. Arrived quickly. Easily set up. Works great as well as the high dollar machines. Love all the settings.

  48. Crystal

I like that all the extra implements store in the lid. The hose coils back into the holder when you re done. The pressure is adjustable. I ve never turned it all the way up as there is plenty of pressure.

  49. asGreatw

I have been using this machine for months and I have no issues to report. Works great for those of us unable to floss the old fashioned way. The only complaint I have is getting the little tools back into the lid/case again. Reminds me of trying to get the tent back into its package when you are done camping…won t happen. I recommend starting on an easy setting until you get used to it as it can be painfully strong if you begin at a high level.

  50. Karen

I ve had it for a few weeks and I really like it! I had a WaterPik before when I was younger and in braces So I m familiar with how to use one and it works just as good today. I m always on the run so this cuts my oral care time since I don t have to use dental floss anymore.

  51. Jeremy

Very nice flosser. I really like all the additional attachments even though it takes a bit to play with and get them stored correctly.Overall very happy so far. Let s see if my dentist agrees

  52. MGS

I use this daily as a water pick and Neti pot for nasal irrigation.I bought saline packs separately.Overall water pressure is good. Filling the basin is easy too. However clicking the different pieces into the adapter can be a chore. If it doesn t click in well it will leak. Some of the parts also no longer click into place securely so I can t use them anymore. Luckily the set comes with several pieces so I do have one nose irrigation piece that does work (part with clear plastic insert) and one that does not (part with white plastic insert ) . I m not sure why these pieces are different. I will eventually need to hit another nose irrigation piece of this piece ever stops working. I wish the set came with more since it comes with a ton of teeth water pic attachments and a tongue cleaner. Also there are no instructions on how to clean your tank or tubing . So about 1-2 times a month I flush my set with vinegar water then rinse. This is a set to keep in your bathroom all the time. It is pretty bulky. About 8 inches wide and 1 foot high. I would not travel with this.

  53. Stephen Loving

Does a good job on my teeth. When I started using it my gums would bleed but that stopped after about 2 days so I take that as a sign that my gums really needed irrigation.Comes with a plethora of attachments. Water jet for cleaning between teeth orthodontic brush for cleaning braces tongue cleaner pointed jet for cleaning between gums and teeth and nasal irrigator. The machine comes with multiple sets of each for a total of…a bunch of attachments. I m the only person in my house using this thing so i ll basically never run out of these tips.Reservoir fills very easily and does not leak. My routine is to start with the jet tip to clean between teeth which for me uses about 60% of the reservoir and then switch to a tongue cleaner which uses a little more. In other words there s plenty of water in the reservoir for one cleaning without a refill at least with my routine.Unit is not especially noisy. Other reviews complain about that. I don t think it s especially loud.Let s see. Things I don t like…well the control on the cleaning wand thing is hard to use with wet hands but that s not really a problem because I just crank it all the way up for the water jet.I unfortunatley need to take off a star because the little holster for the wand broke off after only about 20 days of use. That s annoying because there s really nowhere else to store the wand conveniently. I have since superglued it back. If I could recommend an improvement to this machine it would be to strengthen that part as it really did just snap off too easily and it s sorta important.Overall I m happy with my purchase. I do believe my teeth and gums are better off for it.

  54. Iam_coop09

Works great! It has different settings that range from high to low pressure. I bought this to use when I had braces and it Celebes my teeth so well! Will continue to use. Very happy with this purchase!

This is my fourth water pick and there s nothing bad I can say about this. It s perfect for crowns and bridges.

This is my third water flosser first time with this brand. My first two flossers were for wireless water flossers and I much prefer this countertop version to the wireless ones. With the wireless ones I couldn t get through even half my mouth before having to refill. Plus the wireless recharging flosser never held a charge because the charging port was too positional. We then tried a battery powered flosser which had a weak flossing water stream and who want to keep changing batteries? This water flosser had great reviews didn t require charging and had a large tank so I could get through my whole mouth without refilling. Also since the water tank isn t connected to the handle like the wireless flossers it is much easier to maneuver through my mouth. I am very happy with it and highly recommend it to others.

I have had several WaterPic flosssers over the years and am trying the H2Ofloss for the first time.Pros: MUCH quieter than the WaterPic which is REALLY LOUD. Much stronger (higher psi) than the WP. I have had to moderate the pressure down quite a bit as my gums get used to the higher pressure. It comes with lots of attachments for all kinds of oral and nasal cleaning. I only use the flosser.Cons: The tank is smaller and flow is higher than the WP. Therefore I have to refill the tank in the middle of flossing. Annoying but not a deal breaker. Be careful as a new user. The high pressure can make your gums bleed and if you have any periodontal issues you will know it when the high pressure jet hits them.

This is my first time using waterfloss. After I had my braces my dentist recommended water floss as supplemental for cleaning. I found it very effective removing food particles stuck between brace and teeth. The strong setting is recommended from back side of the teeth if you have sensitive teeth. I found it very powerful. Also I noticed the decrease on my gum bleed since I used it. Machine is quite and easy to store and water tank has adequate size. Highly recommend it.

My dentist advised me to get a water flosser because I have some deep pockets in my gums. And regular floss can not reach. I love this and I use it everyday.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  UPDATE: Mar 26 2019 – This oral irrigator is still working like a champ. I use it every day. This is such a good machine for the money.UPDATE: October 19 2016 – It s been a month short of a year since I received this. I ve used it every day since and it has not leaked it has not faltered it is working well. My only complain at this point is I dislike the handle mounted slider for controlling the pressure. It is too easy to accidentally move it and the pressure adjustments are rather coarse. I d prefer a unit mounted dial to adjust the pressure. Otherwise this has performed very well. As good as if not better is some ways than my previous favorite made my WaterPik.UPDATE: Nov 17 2015 – I ve upgraded my rating to 5 stars because the manufacturer has improved the valve in the water reservoir to eliminate the leaking that I demonstrate in my video review. The previous valve was just a black rubber insert in the bottom of the water reservoir. The upgraded valve is now spring loaded and of a 2 piece design. It eliminates the leaking and thus eliminates my criticism. This is a great machine and is equal or superior to the WaterPik. Plus this has nasal irrigation capabilities. I ve added photos to show the old black valves and the new improved white spring loaded valve.— This is a review of the H2oFloss oral irrigator. I received a free sample for my unbiased review. The opinions expressed are my own.I am a huge proponent of using an Oral Irrigator. I ve been using one for years my most recent model used is the WaterPik WP-100W It has always been my impression that WaterPik pretty much dominates the Oral Irrigation market. I also feel that this H2OFloss oral irrigator is a viable good quality alternative to the WaterPik.The base is sized about 7 wide 4 3/8 deep and stands about 8 1/2 tall. The power cord is 50 in length. It runs fairly quietly and about the same loudness as my WaterPik. Two separate plastic compartments are on the top of the unit one holds up to 7 tips the other is the water reservoir. This has a large water capacity of 800ml/27oz (quite a bit larger capacity than the WaterPik) and will operate for about 3 minutes at full pressure. Pressure is adjusted by a sliding control on the handle. You can adjust the pressure to a very faint stream or to a very powerful stream that is actually capable of causing your gums to bleed. You must use caution that you do not set the pressure too high. My biggest complaint with this device is I would prefer the water pressure adjustment to be on the base rather than the handle because it is too easy to accidentally cause the pressure to increase when using this in your mouth. It s happened to me several times and it is painful when it happens. Having the pressure adjustment on the base as the WaterPik has it prevents that from happening.A complaint I have about the water reservoir is that if you remove it in order to fill it with water rather than using a measuring cup or something to fill it with water will dribble out of the small rubber interface that connects the reservoir to the base. I could not tighten or adjust the small piece to stop this from occurring. It is a nuisance. An assortment of color coded tips are included. 4 jet tips 2 tongue cleaning tips 2 orthodontic tips 2 periodontal tips and 2 nasal irrigation tips.As for my reservations I don t care for the pressure adjustment on the handle although some people may actually prefer it and the water that leaks out of the water reservoir when it is being removed to be filled is a big nuisance My overall impression of this oral irrigator is positive despite the couple of nuisances it has. It seems to be every bit as good in quality as the WaterPik WP-100W with larger water capacity about the same level of quiet operation and effective pressure… possibly too much pressure in fact. Being able to use this as a nasal irrigation device as well as an oral irrigator is a big plus.WaterPik has some competition.

I ve had this water flosser for about a year now. It is the first water flosser I ve ever purchased and I am kicking myself for not buying one sooner! I love the large water reservoir and the fact that it comes with so many different tips. The water pressure is great. I can only use it on the 2nd or 3rd highest setting because my gums are sensitive but it still blasts all the crap out from between my teeth and under the gum line. I was shocked at how much comes out from between my teeth. Thanks to this water flosser I genuinely enjoy my nightly bed time routine. I used to dread brushing my teeth at night when I just want to go to sleep but this flosser has made it really fun for me to floss and brush everyday.Couple small cons are: 1. The pressure adjuster is on the handle of the flosser instead of on the stationary portion under the water reservoir like most other brands have. When the flosser is in your mouth you can t see what setting you re changing it to. Also if your hand is wet and slippery it is difficult to change the setting so I always have to use two hands if I want to make the pressure stronger or weaker. Small inconvenience for the price I paid compared to name brands.2. The cord that the flosser handle is attached to could be a little longer. I have a long bathroom counter and I have to keep this closer to the sink instead of the outlet due to the cord length. Thankfully the outlet cord is long enough.3. The tip is sometimes difficult to insert. I have no idea why. I just sometimes have to play around with it to get it to click. This rarely happens but it does. All in all my pros outweigh the cons. The price is great has a great warranty (that I ve thankfully never had to use) and my gums are healthier. I m very glad I made this purchase.

I had never used a water pik or any other brand ever. I was blown away by this thing I m 42 have less than great teeth and my dental hygienist suggested getting one. Now as I ve never owned any machine like this before I can t compare brands but for the price this is Awesome! It s easy to use has lots of accessories and plenty of pressure to blow out those gum gaps. I use bottled water to prevent any iron or rust problems ( I have well water). If you think it ll help out most likely it will and you ll us it more than you think ( I do) so I see no reason not to buy this if your shopping for one. I ve had mine almost 2 months and I ve used ot every day since it arrived works excellent and exactly like it did the first time out of the box. This might be the best 50$ purchase I ve made in years!

  64. daniel

I had the hand held waterpik but the water always ran out before I finished cleaning my teeth. This system is the perfect size with the right amount of water to irrigate. The water jet strength is strong enough to clean but not too strong that it would hurt your gums. I feel clean and fresh after I use it.

  65. A

  66. Sasha N

Amazing but only works best if you do it with your mouth closed! And at a 90 degree angle. If you re trying to look at what s happening you ll give yourself an involuntary shower and your bathroom/mirrors an unintended power wash.

  67. j c

Hygienist recommended to start using a waterpik said a knockoff was fine saw this one at like a $30 price-mark and thought … easy investment. Started using it with a little proxied and splash of mouth-wash all watered down with water (duh). next visit to hygienist told them what I was doing they said it was fine (emphasizing the need to water down the cocktail) and warning that other patients complained about seal leaks when using something other than water with them. Well I ve not experienced that but I do give it an alcohol rinse after uses. would buy again if needed recommended to everyone as it ticked the boxes.

  68. Fi

This has been a game changer for my teeth. I have a lot of black tartar on my bottom teeth and I ve been using this 2 times a day and I m going to be honest it s slowly going away. I don t know why I ve never used one of these before. I even have my kids using it.

  69. BRWiggins

Wow! I am so glad I bought this water flosser online instead of buying another Waterpik at Costco for 3x the price! We have been on a search to replace our last Waterpik which cost us close to $100. It only lasted us a few months so I thought I would try a non-name brand. I chose this one since there are almost 6 000 reviews for this product and mostly 4 to 5 stars. I am so glad I bought it. This one is very similar to our last Waterpik except it is super quiet! There are 6 different settings for pressure so you can choose the setting that works best for you your spouse and your children. It really does a great job of cleaning your teeth in lieu of using flossing sticks or dental floss. It is easy to fill and empty and it comes with multiple tips so you can assign one to each of your family members without having to cross-contaminate. It comes with a 24 month warranty which is a huge bonus. If you are looking for a new dental water flosser buy this one!

  72. Ubaldo

Even if it was the same price as a regular waterpik I would still choose this product. The regular water pick nozzles fit this. The water pressure is a little less than a regular waterpik but that s fine because I normally dial down the pressure on a regular water pic. When it runs out of water there s no mess. My regular waterpik squirts water up in the air from the pump in the tank when it starts running out of water. I hope the little white plastic hose lasts longer than a regular waterpik. Blessings

  73. Dave Biddick

this flawlessly for 7 and a half months better than all of the Name Brand WP s ive owned and iv e owned them all! however the one flaw turned out to be the handle in my case the plastic retaining ring that holds the pic into the handle in place broke off inside the handle! I was however able to remove the broken handle and replace it with an old one from one of my broken water pics by sliding the hose onto the waterpic handle and a drop of super glue to be sure it stayed on which it does and works great again my only problem was all the great attachments that H20 floss came with wouldn t connect onto the water pic handle so I was stuck with those few attachments from my old water pic! Until the Customer service people at H20 read my review and saw my dilemma then reached out to me via email to make things right! and I only really needed a new handle to use their attachments again But they sent me a whole brand new machine with all the attachments! and it was such a surprise and blessing to find it at my door this morning that I cannot say enough about this companies integrity and Customer service! to see this type of going the extra mile for a customer is unheard of today But they did and my hats off to them for that! I did not expect this kind of care And all I can say is Thank You H2O this is my favorite and the best water flosser I have ever found And now to have a company stand behind it that is just as good! you cannot go wrong with this Machine and this Company!

  74. Brenton Aveyard

still getting used to this. I have tried several of the attachments. I am very satisfied so far. takes a little getting used to and adjusting for comfortable pressure and water temperature.

  75. Martha Pina

Easy set up and use for my daughter with braces. I love that attachments are stored in the lid to keep everything organized and out of sight. It is compact and takes up minimal counter space. Cord automatically recoils to allow for easy storage.

  76. Shawnn

I bought this for my son and he thinks even the low pressure is pretty strong. Hope he will continue to use it.

  77. J&M

Multiple heads make it easier for multiple users. I have braces which suck as an adult but this has been a game changer getting them clean.

  78. Marc Anderkin

As good a quality as my water pic actually better looking and blue tinted plastic nice except it has a single on/off intensity nob so each time you turn it on you have to adjust the intensity.

  79. Xinshan Bai

Surprised with the power of this flosser it really digs into the gum line and cleans the plaque away. Love and plan to repurchase another ads a spare .

  80. Bansheebaby

My dentist suggested I buy a water flosser to make sure a very problematic tooth is getting as clean as it should be.I bought this product as the reviews and price were pretty good. Product arrived and for the last almost 60 days my routine has changed.SIZE: It s a bit large but honestly think about the 800ml water capacity. Yeah 800ml is a bit much but hear me out – You won t notice when getting your teeth cleaned.NOISE: Yes it makes noise. Is it too much? Absolutely not. I have small kids in the house ha!DOES IT WORK? YES!! It does. I brush my teeth and water floss right after. You can clearly see small little food particles going down the drain. The water stream has different settings and the higher setting strong enough to remove any stubborn pieces your toothbrush couldn t reach.PLUS: Remember the 2 children I mentioned? Because of them I am an avid coffee drinker. My teeth were yellow-ish and stained. Yeah no more! I noticed my teeth are whiter now. This could be just my impression but I ll take it. :DSELLING POINT? For the price the large water reservoir the several different tips that come with it and of course how well it works – 2 words: BUY IT! (NOW!!)* I will definitely buy other products from this seller. I am impressed with the price and quality.

  81. Papoose

I bought two for two of my daughters one has braces and the other was having gum problems and it made me a hero again to my daughters lol mom of the year once again😃

  82. Makayia Betts

Cleans really well but every now and again it will just randomly shut off. And it makes a little bit of a mess

  83. PolarStar

Update:It has been 12.5 months since I got my H2ofloss. I am leaving the original review intact below but will post the update here.I got used to the lack of the Pause button. I do not need to pause the water jet anymore but learned to navigate the jet in my mouth to switch areas.Last week H2ofloss broke — it stopped spraying water. The customer service was AMAZING! I ve added a star to the original review due to that. The unit has a 24-months warranty. The customer service was very prompt (email interaction only) asked me to perform a troubleshooting step and then mailed me a new unit. The new unit arrived in 3 days!!! I did not need to do anything. Thank you!—————My WaterPik died (hose connecting the unit to the wand ruptured) so I decided to give a Chinese competitor. Got it today and here are my initial observations.First H2Ofloss is much bulkier than WaterPik. See my picture. I do not have a problem with this (lots of space) but some people may care.Second and a Big difference in my opinion is the unfortunate design of H2Ofloss wand/pause setting. When I floss use a pretty strong setting and need to pause when I change areas (top teeth to bottom teeth front to back sides etc). WaterPik has a great button on the wand to pause. H2Ofloss has a pressure slider which I need to slide all the way to the P position which means I need to fiddle with it while it is in my mouth spraying water to find the previous setting. Very frustrating.

  84. Kristal

For less than half the price of a WaterPik you can get a large reservoir built-in storage and way more tips than you get with a WaterPik. Works great very easy to use. There is an adjustable head that rotates around but I really just find myself rotating my hand rather than turning the dial. But hey that feature is there. The cord is plenty long to reach your mouth if you have it sitting next to or behind your sink. I only rated 4 stars because it s really loud and like pulsates or something (like the whole machine shakes) while it s running. But I ve never used an actual WaterPik so I m not sure if that s standard but I d have to believe it s not.

  85. INeedMeOne Customer

This little teeth cleaning machine is awesome. I ve been using since January i m amazed by how great this machine cleans my teeth gum and whole mouth. I bought my husband one since he was sharing mine and bugging me buy one for him. I even suggested my dentist too. Because he was surprised that i almost didn t need any cleaning this time and if i keep using this machine for sure i don t have to see my dentist in one year instead of going every six months. So I am highly recommending this magic oral cleaning machine to anyone who s looking to buy one. You would thank me later.

  86. Shaun

This thing is great! Has numerous attachments to use and a dial you can use for specific pressure. It is kind of loud but this thing works great!

I vaguely recall knowing water flossers existed when my orthodontist recommended that I get one 20 years ago. Taking my own kids to the orthodontist reminded me of this product so I did some research and was intrigued. I figured I ve wasted money on sillier purchases why not give this a try. It arrived early. It is really easy to operate. I barely glanced through the manual before putting it to work. I ll be honest my first attempt at using this to floss my teeth put you in mind of those videos of dogs biting water coming out of the sprinkler. Very messy but funny. Then I figured out that I needed to close my lips around the attachment and I was amazed!! Seriously cannot get over how clean my mouth felt after brushing (I have a Sonicare) water flossing and then using the tongue scraper attachment. I m hooked! I m excited about the fact it has 4 flosser attachments so my whole family can benefit. I have not used the saline mist feature or the nasal irrigation feature yet but will because I have seasonal allergies. I know cleaning jewelry isn t this things job but why not? My daughter got playdough in every crevice of a ring my grandma gave me and in under a minute all clean! see pictures

Had to replace our two year old water pick when the motor stopped working. This is the newer model. It s smaller and moreCompact taking up less counter space in the bathroom vanity but is still powerful with good water pressure. It comes with all the different attachments and tools for several people in the household. I don t like the tool storage compartment. It s flimsy and the tools do t sit well making it so the lid doesn t close correctly. For the price it s a win win. Your dentist will be happy

  91. Trista

I couldn t believe the difference got good feed back from dentist value is awesome granddaughter loves it with braces easy for young kids as well

  92. Richard

Easy to use.It has been working great so for.I have 1 issue with the device that may be a good thing. The issue I have is the pulse like stream that it produces .I thought it would be a steady smooth stream.

  93. Elijah Bailey

Hi Folks! The Dentist told me I needed to get one. Just a few short weeks later I went back and there was a marked improvement in my teeth and especially my gums. Glad I purchased it. The price wasn t bad either.God Bless You!
